I have three bosses at work... There's one I just did the synastry with because he's new. Some scary stuff in there. Makes me think I should try my best to stay away from him for my career's sake. His mars and Saturn especially scare me.

His saturn conjunct my moon.
His saturn opposite my mars.
His mars opposing my 4 planet Cancer stellium (sun, jup, merc, venus.)
His mercury squaring my stellium in Cancer.
My saturn squaring his moon.

But there are some good aspects too. Like our moons are conjunct
his sun is trine my moon
Sun trine Sun
His merc trine my moon.
My mars is trine his venus and his jupiter

I don't think these good aspects can outweight the heavy saturn and mars though.

Has anyone else done synastry with their employers?

I am in my new job. Was just thinking about the synastry that I have with my boss. He is 25years older and I like him. He is Mars/Saturn conjunct in Libra and it it sits on my Mars/Pluto. Itīs not bad at all, he can be so tolerant, diplomatic and always takes care. I love to listen to him and let him talk and I let him lead me. My moon is almost exactly trine his Jupiter and square his Venus. My Jupiter is sextile his Moon.

I made a composite and found a love stelium in Libra. Of course, we canīt talk about love here, no way; I guess I finally found my dream boss who I have been praying for for so long.

I hate my boss with more passion than I would have seeing a bunch of women walking naked down the street.

Hard Saturn aspects seem to be pretty typical in work relationships. You're there usually to get the job done, not to party, so it shouldn't be seen as scary.
The conjunction to your Moon is actually good for him, and the nature of it depends on the sign. In work relationships with the Saturn conjunction the Saturn person benefits from the planet/luminary person's marketable skills/strengths/talents, and the planet/luminary person benefits from the Saturn person's way of structuring the work environment to achieve a certain end, showing them more about their capabilities. The Saturn conjunction in work situations is very natural. Maybe a lil intimidating upon first meeting, but this is someone you'll be around for a while so in time you get the hang of it and you start to see where you can help each other pretty clearly.
Mars/Saturn would be worse if it was the square, the opposition implies the boss working to keep you in check, but as this is a boss it makes sense, again look to the nature of the sign relative to the work that you do. The Mars opposed your stellium is very dynamic, lots of energy to get things done. But the Mercury squaring your Sun, you'd have to go out of your way to understand this person, ask for clarification, etc. Your Saturn squaring their Moon, you might come across as the one more cool and in control of yourself at work. And generally at work you want to keep your **** together, so it's fine. The only downside to the underling having their Saturn in hard aspect to a higher-up, is 'checking' them without meaning to, it sometimes just slips up, and generally there's a chain of command. That's the only thing. And depending on how much you socialize with this person, for example getting coffee or what-have-you, you may see it more there, not so much when there's work to be done. But is the Moon person here wanting to emotionally connect with you, that's the thing. If not then no worries.

I loooove my boss she's a libra with a gemini moon.
She has mars in venus in leo and merc in libra!
She 4 year older than me.
We totally laugh at everything and everyone.
I'm like her friend so I get away with a lot of things.
I would totally invite her to a party, but she's married lol...
Idk why she's only 24..

I only know his sun sign.
Me: Scorpio
Boss: Capricorn

He's fairly new to the group. Starting to hate him. More like his way or highway. If his way was always right I wouldn't mind, but it's not. I don't usually get upset or react unless I am pushed to the limit. He's pushing my limits and I can see myself hating working with him....
