is it possible to tell from a chart if you are more into a guy than he is into you or vice versa?

I was actually discussing the Pluto-Venus aspect in syanastry recently on one of the threads.

Having been the Venus to his Pluto I would say that this aspect may cause that feeling. Particularly when he moves on and you cant

I would also hazard a guess at good old Saturn having something to do with that too, I'm unsure as to what aspects particularly though...maybe Venus-Saturn (hard aspect)
