I'm planning on going vegan (with the exception of chocolate) because meat and cheese have begun to taste disgusting to me. I haven't liked pork or eggs for a long time, either, and cut those things out of my diet a long time ago.

I feel I'm going to have problems sticking with this new diet plan, even if I tell myself how gross those foods taste.

I already feel I'm too private and embarrassed to ask for support in weight loss and a healthy diet change. Maybe the lack of realistic encouragement disappoints me. Also, due to my dad saying "Close isn't good enough" to me once has been burned into my brain (Pluto in the 4th house - bad childhood?) and caused me too seek unrealistic results in an unrealistic amount of time. I have no healthy support from my parents. Maybe some of it could be healthy, but their negativity is too noticeable; like, I take their support as orders and I hate being ordered around. Could it be Venus square Jupiter, too? I'm also trying to cut out yummy junk foods and I know I'm hedonistic and depressed a lot.

What in my chart signifies that I'm going to have the said problem?

Saying you are going to have the problem sets you up to have the problem. Saying you won't have the problem sets you up for not having it. You have a self-defeating attitude...maybe looking at what aspects in your chart cause that will help you overcome the problems you face.

O yea it's a big change!
When I went vegetarian 'cold turkey ' lemme take a look, there was

-transit Pluto conjunct natal Vertex (Sagittarius, concerned with animal welfare) 0 deg
-transit Neptune conjunct natal DSC (Aquarius, idealism) 0 deg conjunct natal Mercury 4 deg
-transit Uranus conjunct solar arc Moon (Moon/Uranus changing eating habits) 0 deg
-transit Chiron conjunct solar arc Jupiter (Scorpio, 4th, I could've made the decision to be a gradual change but I was adamant that that day would be my last, also emphasis on healing through my choice) 0 deg
-transit Saturn conjunct natal Chiron (Taurus, appetite, Saturn restriction) 1 deg
-transit Saturn square progressed ASC exact to the minute - ha, I remember I was generally obsessed with my body that summer. This change was just part of it.
-transit Mercury opposed solar arc Moon 0 deg - Mercury would have to be active for a decision
-transit Sun Virgo opp natal Sun Pisces (signs of the health axis) 1 deg
-transit Moon conjunct natal Moon (Capricorn restriction, 6th health)
-progressed Moon in Virgo (health emphasis) trine natal Moon/Venus 6th (more emphasis on health/food habits) 0 deg
-progressed Venus conjunct natal Mercury (more Aquarius, Venus natally assoc with health) 0 deg
-solar arc Saturn conjunct natal Jupiter in the 4th (more Saturn for restriction, this one's in Scorpio makes it easier to make final decisions) 0 deg

Also of note, in the sky that day was a transiting Venus sq Saturn & natally I have the same square, Venus in the 6th in Capricorn sq Saturn, makes it much easier for me to be restrictive with my diet and in control. Also Venus rules my 4th and it's conj my Cap Moon in the 6th.

Look at your 4th and Moon, at least. Moon is eating habits.

I've already been a vegetarian for over two years at one point, so luckily that won't be a problem.

Some good things coming up for the change,
-transit Scorp Saturn sq natal Sun/Venus in 6th
-transit Saturn conj natal Jupiter in Scorpio, with Jupiter as co-ruler of the 4th
-exalted Jupiter in Cancer going through your 11th
-transit Chiron's still in orb of opp it's natal spot, in signs of health

Pluto's your 4th ruler, in your 4th, it should theoretically be activated by conjunction or strong trine/sq/opp

Progressed Sun considering it's natal affiliation with health in 6th, progressed to DSC in Aquarius is good,
conjunct Saturn as time goes by for restriction.
Progressed Moon's in Aries, but I don't think transit Uranus will catch up to it.

Look to see if Uranus/Neptune has solar arc'd to your personals there, or your DSC even.

Doesn't look too bad to me.

Saturn rules your 6th, so in sq to Sun/Venus in 6th is good for restriction too.

Hmm, well your Moon is in your 12th house. The Moon represents our childhood, our family, our emotions, etc.. Its placement in the 12th indicates someone who is very sensitive, and who may have had a difficult childhood. Pluto conjunct your IC can also indicate this. With Pluto, there may have been violence, abuse, or early experience with death (of family members) in childhood.

I also think Chiron in your 1st has to do with this. Chiron represents our childhood wounds, and its placement in your 1st house suggests that you may have experienced pain or wounding in regards to your self-image in your early life.

Your Jupiter is square your 6th house planets, which can indicate overeating and whatnot, since the 6th house has to do with diet. With the opposition from your Moon to your Venus, food could be a source of great comfort for you. Moon opposite venus can certainly indicate overeating for emotional reasons.

Anyway, it's interesting that you are thinking about changing your diet dramatically, and that food is not tasting as good lately. In your other thread, I mentioned that transiting Saturn is squaring your natal Venus now, and will soon square your Sun. Venus in your 6th certainly adds to your problem with overeating, particularly with the square from Jupiter and opposition from your Moon. With transiting Saturn squaring your Venus, it makes perfect sense that you are now 'restricting' your choice of food. Saturn is all about restriction, discipline, and structure. If you want to lose weight, this will be a good time to do it. You are more focused and less prone to indulgence now than you would be usually..

If you're scared about the Jupiter sq, wait til Saturn conjoins it around Oct later this yr. -Might- have a health issue leading up to it with the Saturn square that'll put you in the mood to make changes at the Saturn conjunction.
