I would vote Leo placements would tend to lead to strong interest in the realm of Cinema.By Cinema, I don't mean just actress and actors but the whole of movies in general from film history to interest behind the scenes production to knowldge of people outside of acting cast like knowledge of producers and directors. I was a BIG Movie buff many a years ago before I ever got into Astrology and once knew many big names in the Movie Industry from David O'Selznick to David Lean to Vivien Leigh. Recently after reading Gone With the Wind and rewatching the movie for the first time in years, I am truly becoming obsessed with movies in general. I have a Leo Moon, Chiron in Leo,and Leo Midheaven  as well as Sun and Mercury in 5th House. My Jupiter in addition is in my Tenth House which is in Leo in my chart. Furthermore many people I know-especially GIRLS-whoa re big into the movies have strong Leo placements (many often female Lions  ) XDD! What do you think? IP: Logged |

Leo rules the stage. As far as planets, Neptune rules film. Not sure about sign, though.IP: Logged |

I have Neptune very closely conjunct my MC and I like films. Not all but certain types of films.I always understood that Leo ruled showbusiness, as opposed to film and theatre. IP: Logged |

Well, the 5th house (or Leo) rules stage theater. I wasn't aware that Leo ruled over showbusiness as a whole, but that might make sense to me. I have Neptune in Sag in the 9th, which would indicate an inclination toward foreign films. It explains why I've felt at home at the art house cinema in town which exhibits foreign films. I hate to use the phrase "art house," though, since I find that condescending. I only use it sometimes since that's how it's commonly referred to. IP: Logged |

Neptune-MC aspects
Moon and/or Sun-Neptune aspects
5H Ruler touching Neptune in a major aspect
Leo Moon All of these aspects and placements I've seen come up with people who are interested in film and theatre occasionally. I feel like the Neptune-MC aspects are really important for film and cinematography specifically. IP: Logged |

My cousin is totally obsessed with movies! She has her own movie blog, and volunteers at the film festival every year. She goes to the theater all the time!She has Sun in Gemini conjunct Venus in Taurus in the 7th house.. Scorp Ascendant conjunct Mars.. Moon in Pisces! IP: Logged |

I've always had a huge interest in cinema. A couple of weeks ago I was at my first film shoot as a set design assistant. Yay!I've got a 5th house stellium and Jupiter in Leo.
