Libra girl here

I would say one way a person can break through my "ice" would be someone who can open up to me with charming conversations. I don't know about the rest of the libras, but I can speak for myself -- We have to somehow 'click' with the way we talk. Mostly intellectual conversations, actually--just about anything as long as I see that you have your own views on things and that you don't come off offensive.

You don't necessarily have to buy a Libra many things like trinkets, jewelry, etc. to make her feel special; I'm like this. I have a lot of 11th house planets too. But if you don't really treat her with a lot of care initially, she'll feel bored, distant and under appreciated, so try to make up for it with other things, like excellent dates even if they aren't that expensive. But sadly even if this seems shallow of me, this sort of thing is really necessary to win many Libran women over - at least one amazing, and usually expensive, series of dates. At least, that's how it is for me.
