Exalted chart ruler conjuncts venus in the 7th!
7th house also shows peaceful and diplomatic relations
Also jupiter/venus shows great wealth.
Mars in the 7th... DON'T MESS WITH US...
moon in aquarius/Uranus conjunct desc/opp shows the needs for individuality as a society. While other societies encourage uniform.

My country, Canada, is a Cancer Apollo conjunct Ouranos. With Aries AC? Strange considering we're seen as so peaceful and mild. Maybe it's the Poseidon conjunct AC...Japan is an Aquarius trine Ouranos in Libra...technology!!!?

Let's see, my current city...Taurus Apollo plus general earthy influence, we're rather mild and quiet overall, plus we're scenic and pretty! Industrial town. Ares square Hades, oddly high crime rate which you don't hear of much.
Poseidon singleton, lots of substance abuse. Aquarius Artemis and Gemini Hermes - everyone pretty much parties together and if you're even a little bit social, you'll know many people easily.

Looks like a very old country or empire based on the Jupiter in Capricorn. A country that undergoes radical regeneration Pluto conjunct Mars, and North Node trine Pluto, a massive linguistic history mercury opposite NorthNode. So I'll say it looks like China's chart.

Well its not a very old country, looks like it's younger than the U.S. But it was under the influence of a dominate world power i.e Great Britain with the Sun conjunct Saturn. Possibly a lot of strife over political liberties with the packed 9th house. Mercury conjunct Jupiter wealth formed through trading and shipping. Mercury opposite Neptune and conjunct Chiron possibly difficulties communicating and interacting with Indigenous people.
