I have to admit, I was the one to approach him because I thought he was hot and I had no expectations of a relationship. He somehow didn't look like someone who would be romantic. Next thing I know, I'm on a romantic date and we are talking about how he is my soul mate. I have a feeling he feels like its his duty to act this way.

I can agree a lot to what others have said. Very gentlemenly and affectionate (libra rising and sun cusp).

But VERY critical without trying to make it seem this way. Mine's complained that I'm not agressive enough, which was my take on him. And he used to try WAY to hard ..which took the passion/romance out. It seemed to be more about HIS ego/skill those times. Now he doesnt try hard (and I kinda miss it, lol) and I totally get the "raw" comment.

I wonder if having Venus/mars in 12th makes them more connected or more detached?

Hey!! Unfortunately I dont know his house placements cause I dont have his birth time
What do you exactly mean about being critical? Was he critical only about how you get along sexually or he's like that in general??
I know my virgo guy for like a month,so he maybe still acts better than he really is :P
But he tells me his opinion about my choices in life or about my performance in college (im not a very good student) and although he is very polite, he doesn't sugarcoat things,and tells it like it is.

He will be very critical of himself! At least my boyfriend is critical of his performance in the bedroom. He will try to be the best, and wants to be sure you're fully satisfied! He may try Too hard and if he has trouble pleasing you it will become about trying to do a good job, you'll see a work ethic in his sexuality. This can take the romance out at times. He may also be critical of himself, and his appearance. He will have a fragile ego and will be a perfectionist sometimes expecting too much of himself. It's important to reassure him when he's doing a good job. They need their ego stroked (like a Leo) but in non-obvious way. If he knows you're saying something just to stroke his ego he won't buy it.

What I've noticed about the raw factor in the bedroom is that sometimes he will approach it like a task with a end result. Other times he will be more emotionally intune making it about a bonding experience and not just an end result. After some helpful talk with my guy about this ..I finally got to see more bonding from him.

And with his Venus/mars in 12 I think this means he has a tendency to hide/repress his anger. Obviously this has some good things and bad about it. As for Venus ..well my guy has said/apologized before about not being very expressive of his feelings as a personality trait. Though I think he does a wonderful job at making me feel loved but yes I can relate to you having a planet(Venus) in 12. I have my moon and Pluto in 12 with Venus in 6 so I can be very secretive too.

More about Virgo Venus. They are pretty cleanly! They favor LTR because they fear catching someething. And will regularly get themselves checked out. With Venus in 12 mine's is also secretive about romance/sex. Don't ever let him know you talk about him this way! This stuff should be just between two people. My guy would not like it, if he knew I wrote all about him like this

It's true that he wont stop until he's sure l'm satisfied..
He is very affectionate,hugs me a lot..we can stay for like hours hugging and looking each other. He is protective and takes good care of me.

I dont know his house placements cause I dont know his birth time!

Also I have Venus in a fixed sign Aquarius, exactly square my Pluto in Scorpio, again in a fixed sign. So I dont know how will it work..
