It's my understanding that a singleton in the natal chart is a very important thing to look at, as they often exert an above average amount of influence over the native.

What happens, though, if you have more than one occurrence of a singleton in the chart? Do these energies compete with each other? Or does the "single-iest" singleton win out? What I mean by that is: if there is singleton that is a singleton a few times over (e.g. a planet being the only one in a house, element, AND modality), then should that be considered the only one worth really looking at in a chart?

Singletons are all notable! AC/MC count towards singletons too, I've noticed. Any ways, the singletons are often an important or defining part of the chart. Quite an influence over the personality! Usually I notice the planet's nature is the thing to look at, not necessarily the placement.

Everything in a chart is worth looking at, and there isn't really one that's more single-y than the others.

A lot of artists have a singleton Neptune, I've noticed.

The singleton planet's energy is usually very noticeable and a major trait in the personality.

Of course, there can be several singletons, and they don't necessarily "compete" with each other - more like "coexist".

Interesting. A reason I started this thread is because I have a singleton Neptune (among three other singletons). I'm not an artist, but I think I am creative...and I absolutely fall head over heels for musicians and very creative/artsy people.
