Do you think it could be current transits or do you think it could be permanent natal aspects?

A sad feeling that you need to restart your life completely and find new friends and just move away from your past completely.

It's not necessarily a need to "recreate" yourself because maybe you'd fundamentally like to stay the same way, but you just feel disappointed in your contacts and feel your life is going nowhere, and you have nothing to gain from your society.
