Yeah. They're not really party people (depending on the rest of their chart). This is not the best way to approach them, specially Scorpio... unless he/she is a Scorpio with strong Libra influence.

hm, my best friend is a prominent virgo. sagittariuses are fun, don't know too many of them to really make a judgment there. but i have to admit, not a huge fan of libra energy. i always get the sense that they say more than they mean and seem to have a need to dominate every conversation they enter.

I personally place a lot of importance on Mercury signs when it comes to people getting along as friends... So maybe you'd get along better with water signs who have an air sign Mercury.

Based on your chart I am very surprised that Scorpios are your biggest problem.
I would imagine Pisces would be more difficult for you.

I can see that the “mothering” instinct could be because you Moon conjuncts your Ascendant (by sign); this tends to bring out a strongly emotional nature in the person. They tend to identify with their emotional self (moon) a lot.

Add to that, the conjunction with Jupiter; this can make one identify with personal principles of justice, idealism, compassion and universal brotherhood.

You lack water in your chart, except with the Pisces placement in the 4th (I am discounting Pluto in this analysis); making issues of family, tradition, heritage and “where I come from” very important to you.

In fact, you may find much comfort with people who have a strongly emotional nature because, with this placement, it can re-enforce feelings of “belonging” and familiarity (and making people that you feel emotionally drawn to as part of your “family”).

This is maybe why you may be resentful of people that you tried to befriend, talking “behind your back” etc. Saturn is a serious planet and its house placement (yours in 4th-using whole house system) is where we take things very seriously.
