Anyone know where I can find such a thing? I looked on astro.com but there isn't an option for that..only progressed composite. If there is no site, could someone please recommend a free program? I'm very interested to look into it after briefly reading about Paul Westran's work involving progressions. Thanks in advance lovely people! ^_^

This would be a neat thing to see! what if you don't match with someone in the past but might now given the fact your charts have progressed independantly

Sun-Pisces
Moon-Gemini
Venus-Aquarius
Mars-Capricorn

Yeah that's exactly what I'm thinking! People are who they are (natal) but are always changing as well. I guess I'm just going to have to calculate it all myself. D: lol

you can print out the individual progressed and natal charts from astro.com and then compare them with each other.

Or you can use the progressed data of astro.com and make a new natal chart, which is the progressed chart, and then make a synastry chart.

However, I have Solar fire at home, and noticed that astro.com`s degrees vary a bit from solar fire`s. In the case of my ASC it is about 1 degree, which can become important in progressions.

As far as I see the reason for this is that astro.com calculates the progressed charts for the beginning of the year and uses that chart, and solar fire takes into account that the chart moves a bit further along every day until the next year.

At least that is the only explanation I can see for the difference in degrees.

It actually also says the date underneath when you look at your progressed natal. My birthday is July 12, 1991 and underneath the box that says your name and stuff it says Aug 3, 1991. So, I usually make those the birthdates and use them so I (or they, rather) can show my progressed synastry with who ever.

Edit: ^^^Pretty much what Ceridwen said.

I honestly do think that progressed synastry takes over as you get older. I noticed because everyone I attract for the last 5 years is mirror or the aspects I now reflect in my progressed chart (either in their progressed or usually natal signature.) The aspects usually show up 3 times: in my progressed, in the synastry and/or their natal, and usually the composite too.

Or...you attract someone who's lights reflect your changing midpoints of Sun/Moon but those are much more fleeting if there is nothing else to ground it.

For it to last, I think there does have to be several types of connections and a "natal promise" but I think the people we stay with over time are the ones who can "stay" and evolve with us over time. Meaning...somehow their chart stays connected to yours over time but...though the aspects may change...
That's why shared degrees tend to be important in synastry because they track together but sometimes, you connect w/ someone later and "catch up" through age difference, what have you...

Amazing!

Do all progressions happen at the same time? If not do you have to make a progressed chart for your partner as well?

I've tried making a 'natal' from my progressed chart info in red top left however it gives me a completely different ascendant. I'm a sag asc at the moment in my progressed chart but it gives me a Leo asc. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong??
I'm still putting the same location as my actual natal. Should it be different?
