Probably a very romantic sometimes private couple to others (but friendly). With pisces sun in fifth house I imagine you both would benefit from creative persuits or child rearing and would glow in any family setting, be it your own family you build together, or partaking in family bonding activities (with each other's intimate or extended family). Sounds like a great placement full of love, fun, Passion, and empathy, and strength. The femininity of pisces would probably soften the father/masculine qualities attributed to the 5th house..making it very stable and lasting (being a fixed house). The only advice I can think of it to maximize the creativity and avoid any secrets or seclusive tendencies.

Of course all aspects would have to be looked at for a more accurate outlook.
