The double screen name thing caught up with him, he kept playing hop scotch around the appropriate/inappropriate language line, and he said some genuinely cruel things (especially to Lexx).

I liked many of his threads and I do think he was a cool dude overall. However, I could see that he fed into and off of all the attention he got. Its like he started to cross the line and flirted with getting banned more and more as people would indirectly be cheering him on. By indirectly I mean always laughing at his posts that flirted with getting him banned.

After a while it just looked to me like he was doing it for the attention. This is lindaland.... An astrology forum.... So you want to play the whole "I'm-a-rebel-going-against-the-grain-screw-the-rules-and-your-oppressive-language-filters-randall!" persona??? On lindaland? Really???

"Hello, my name is Kevin. To be honest, I don’t remember selecting this elective. I thought it was a mistake or maybe a course I wanted wasn’t available for some reason, and Creative Writing was just a filler. But, whatever the case may be – I mean, I probably just forgot that I actually did want to be in this class – the Creative Writing introduction sounded pretty cool though, so.

What are my previous writing experiences? Um, well, they’re minor, like very-very minor. I mean, it’s pretty basic. I’m just a high school student that has written high school-like essays, so.

I love writing! It’s one way of letting out my burning desires. But, I’ve noticed that when it comes to transferring my thoughts onto paper, I die. I’m a reserved person (naturally), so it’s especially hard for me when it comes to verbalizing what I feel inside. I have emotions that can be compared to a bottomless sea, but I can’t even construct a sentence. Also, I’m really self-critical. It takes hours for me to start a sentence. That’s a progress though, but I don’t know why I just can’t write freely. Anyway. I like reading and writing Fantasy, Satire/Comedy, and Sci-Fi.

What do I hope to get out of this class? Everything. I’m an avid collector of facts and trivia. I like to treat my knowledge as a game sometimes, not really as an accomplishment. I mean, I’m really selective about what I learn because I want knowledge that I can apply to my life and whatnot."
