I'm awful when it comes to dealing with numbers. Math has given me problems since I was young and I still have anxiety about it. What aspects in the chart would point to this if at all it can be seen in the chart?

And...on the flip side, what aspects would cause someone to have ease with math or numbers?

I think people with Air placements or Virgo - logic, attention to details and patterns.

I'm airvoid and pretty good at math. But it comes from practice mostly. Whereas my friend is air-dominanted and she's a natural, she grasps the concepts very quickly.

I can keep up when I put my mind to it. Most of school taught math is remembering equations and what goes where...I'm pretty quick at coming up with answers to more basic math such as adding/subtracting/multiplying/etc. large numbers...

I rather like the concepts of math and numbers, though not really applying it. I like learning about imaginary numbers! Not figuring out how many pounds of suction must be generated when a substance with x viscosity is vacuumed at a rate of y/per second damn it!

Hermes in Libra...hm, not many notable aspects aside from a wide square to Ouranos. I do have it sextile Leo AC but that's not really math-y, I don't think.

Jessica2407 - I do have Mercury conjunct Saturn in Cap.

12muddy - I have an air moon (Gemini.) It does better with English/writing in my case. However, my mom has a Virgo moon and she's good at math and seems to enjoy it.

somethingexcellent - Hmm. Checked for Hermes in my chart. It sextiles my MC in Pisces. Either way, you seem to be more into math than I am. ;P

I have gemini moon,mercury retrogade conjunct saturn and I am not so good at Math,maybe because I am lazy and because I get bored after a while.

@Moonlightx Do you have concentration problems?gemini moon is pretty hard to handle.

anonymidarkness - My mercury is also retrograde. It's hard for me to concentrate on things that don't grab my attention or interest me. I definitely have to force myself to apply myself otherwise I'll move onto something more interesting or entertain myself by daydreaming.

However, I can spend hours researching something, writing/reading, and doing art.

Aqua/Uranus is in charge of math skills I believe.... I have good aspects from personal to Uranus which is why I'm good at math but I hate it so much though

I also think any other air sign/signs with logic.. Virgo/Capricorn would be good at handling math. I'd think water signs have a terrible time with math. :s Aw
