I am a Scorpio dominant with Aquarius as a second close place. I can already see the immediate effects both sign have on my personality and when I look back on my past.

So I am curious about how dominant planets work. Are the two dominant planets the most important ones and creat eh most effects like the two dominant signs do?

How do they affect? For example Pluto is my Dominant Planet and its in Scorpio so I know for sur Scorpio overall is my Dominant Planet taking into account.

My Sun is my 2nd Dominant Planet. But my Sun is in Pisces.

So do the effects make you lean more towrads the planets traditional ruler or the signs they are in?

Or do they have a seperate affect based on the planets general description IE Mercury is the ruler of Communication so Mercury dominant would have a stronger effect person's communication skills, Mars is ruler of sports so Mars Dominant will be much more vigorous in sports (even if Mars is in a generally inactive sign like Capricorn or Libra)?
