Ya, Jupiter and Uranus are awesome. I wish I could trade you a little Jupiter for some of your Mercury LOL I like Jupiter in Virgo. Some of the most successful people I know have this placement. IP: Logged |

no, you are right - I've said this several times here as well - there are factors that both Colour and Astro use that some would consider pointless, and there are other factors that aren't being added in that possibly could and should - This allows those without complete understanding yet to at least gain an approximate idea of their stronger placements - even after going over the different methods online and taking things apart manually - these are still the most accurate available without having to take things on yourself. Which may not be a good thing for everyone,or easy... the percentage values are up to 10% off from Pullen to colour, and that's just looking at planets. Which is why I also used astrothemes elemental wheel ~ the difference is huge between being a water dominant and fire secondary dominant to all of a sudden having earth titan over the others.. lol But, that is the point system - the value attributed to each factor on each site and method is different. Regardless of what I do - I still come out as a Sagittarius dominant, but my mutability is not as strong as it appears by Pullen. So it all depends - regardless of method Mercury and Jupiter will be the strongest two planets in my chart - but Neptune should by all comparison be in the top 3. Yet neither formula here will show that. Neptune is in the middle of Mercury and Jupiter, my Descendant makes just as many contacts as my Ascendant, and my Neptune is part of the same stellium making the same contacts itself - so... yes... there are differences - but, I think these are just fine for those not able to calculate their percentages alone, or just looking for a fun way to get a rough idea of them... Besides that... most people... when they can... will disregard what other astrologer's and astro calculations say is something, and determine those things for themselves. There's only guidelines for determining these factors - no Astro-nazi will slap you with a ruler for doing things differently! lol IP: Logged |
