Its been months since I read Sun Signs but I think Linda herself states the Taurus Father is the classic 1950s era dad.

However Doomlord told me a while back in a Skype Chat the Capricorn is the most fatherly sign. Especially considering its responsible nature as well as the fact its ruled by Saturn, the planet of Discipline (and also in Roman Mythology the father of all the Gods).

There's arguments that since Capricorn is opposite of Cancer (the most motherly sign), its definitely the most fatherly.

Capricorn is traditionally associated with fatherhood and authority in astrology. Leo is too. Capricorn is the stern, serious type of dad the we respect, while Leo is the more fun, playful type of dad who is like a hero... Both Saturn and the Sun are associated with fatherhood astrologically.
