If both of those are in Capricorn I've been told that this person really admires girls who are strong, not too clingy, but loves someone who is a party girl and flashy. That seems to go completely against what I thought Capricorn liked...

I know there are so many other aspects to this, but based on the moon and the venus - what would you expect someone like this to be attracted to? What kind of female would he like?

Sun: Aqua
Mars: Sag

What house do they fall into?

And how old is he?

I've always kinda associated Caps with words like "stubborn" "stodgy" "loyal" "steadfast" but a book that I own, when describing polarities, describes Cancer as the house of home life and Capricorn as the house of public life. This makes sense when you consider it naturally rules the 10th house, in the public eye. So flashy party girl might not be too far off. But she should be good with money and tactful as well.

How do I know which house they fall into if I don't know the birth time? Is there a way to figure that out?

Early twenties.

So the outgoing girl who is still down to earth? Or the girl next door that can still have fun?

It seems like such a polar opposite!

probably more the first. a cap definitely appreciates a person who is outgoing enough to attract (good) attention. because we like being known and seen by others, especially in a positive light. we're not shy like cancers, but concerned with how we present ourselves. as one post mentioned - caps are concerned with public image - so, an outgoing/flashy girl is fine as long as she's not actually flashing anyone :-)

There IS a way to figure it out without the birth time, but it takes a skilled astrologer and the story of his life. The astrologer would use major events in his life to map out his astrological chart. It's a very intense, in depth process that takes someone MUCH MUCH more skilled than I to accomplish.

So no, there's not really a way for you and I to know what house it's in without his birth time.

I would say the outgoing party girl who's still down to earth. Somebody who isn't going to hurt their reputation in any way, but is more likely to elevate them, or help them elevate themselves. If you're loud/obnoxious in social settings your Cap probably won't take you out, but if you're the center of attention and the life of the party your Cap will gladly stand by your side and claim you for their own. Kinda sounds like a Leo might do a cap quite nicely actually, lol.

I think of Capricorn as cool and detached (not unlike Aqua; but way more traditional) but still status seeking. So moon/Venus guy would want a girl that is not emotional or desiring of fancy romance and he would want his status to improve whether it be socially, economically or otherwise from being with her. Caps care big time about public appearances, so the idea of being apart of a power couple appeals immensely to them. In youth, this could translate as being the party/fun couple but as they mature, it could just mean that they’re spouse is revered/rich. Power is present one way or another.
