Haven't found much on this aspect through searching Google.

What are your thoughts/experiences as to how this would play out in synastry?

Off the cuff I'd say the NN would definitely be beneficial... neutralize Saturn.

Hi there,

Saturn can mean obstacles, but also structure and direction.... I have Saturn trine nodes with someone (also double whammy and quite exact) and I take that as a positive aspect in terms of supporting the other one in finding their way.

As far as the conjunction is concerned, I guess it largely depends on where in the chart the conjunctions are and whether the direction indicated by the nodes goes smoothly with the rigid nature of Saturn. Also, are there any other aspects? Positive aspects from Sun for instance would be very supportive, whereas if there's any harsh things coming from Mars or Pluto.... oh boy ;-)

I've personally gotten rid of the habit of looking at aspects singularly. There's always a larger picture, just as there is never a single aspect of a manifested connection between people. But as a general rule you could say that these people have quite a rucksack full of useful lessons for each other. May not always be easy, but quite probably maybe rewarding.
