On the contrary if I'm negative i'm the exact opposite of this, and it's not fun but a lot of times I feel like it's out of my control and like everything is just going to happen anyways.

Not sure if this is wrong or not? Oh well. . do any of us truly know.

I do have the twelfth house problem of influencing the mood of others so I try to stay positive for them more than me but I have had severe depression most my life. I can remember wanting to end it at age three, no exaggeration. That's when I remember wishing I was gone for the first time. I don't dwell on it as much. I never feel total elation. I am very, very moody. I do feel disenchanted, is that what you mean? Do you feel like everything in life is meaningless compared to the big picture, time and everything. This sort of thing undermines my motivation on a daily basis. Just feel everything is pointless in the grand scheme of things.

What about energy levels? How does it affect those?

Which sign is your moon in? Mine is exalted in Taurus, yet in the house of it's fall, the one ruled by Scorpio, so it's more confusing, like with the sixth/twelfth house axis and the nodes in Pisces/Virgo. Total confusion, along with the Mercury/Venus transits of Pisces in house six though I get good results with the Mercury one.

I have heard about "do-over lives" well maybe mine really is that, lol!

Are the twelfth house and fourth house the strongest for mystery? What about the eighth house?

What are the most mysterious signs? I don't think it would be anything mutable because I personally feel that they lack a sense of individuality and therefore couldn't be mysterious.

What aspects can make someone seem mysterious?

Yes, I think youīve touched upon some of the factors. Iīd say that neptune is the most mysterious planet. Pluto is a close second. I think moon is less so.

Therefore any aspects that are formed between neptune and a personal planet and especially sun and ascendant would make someone mysterious.

Also pluto touching the ascendant or the sun.

Another thing Iīve read and belive is true is that chiron touching venus (specially conjunction and opposition) can make a person seem outwordly and magical.

As far as the houses Iīd say 12th house, and possibly 8th house (alsthough Iīm not so sure) are apt to make a person secretive.

Mars in 12th house will make a person very private, wich will add to the mystery, also sun, moon or venus in 1th. But itīs different parts of the personality that the person would be secretive about.

However - pure mystery, at the core of ahuman being, is not about secretiveness (otherwise scorpio would maybe be the most secretive) but about transparency. Itīs about the eternal, the mystical and magical that is infront of you but itīs still too deep and too grand to comprehend.

And this is usually not a matter of astrological positions only, but also on how evolved a soul is. How much it is filled with the essence of life - wich in essence is love. So the more loving a person is the more truly mystical he/she will be. Itīs not about action, but about FEELING IT.

Astrologially speaking the feeling signs are the water signs. So people who have ascendant and / or sun / and or moon/ in water signs will have the most potential to be mysterious, but it all depends on other factors.

I know someone who is very mysterious, and also I think my father is rather mysterious. Both these men have cancer and scorpio in their chart.

I know pisces who arenīt mysterious.

I have been told that I am mysterious (I think itīs because I have great love for all people, and I understand peoples feelings but I donīt understand myself. I have ascendant sextile neptune
pluto conjunction neptune
venus opposition chiron
scorpio rising
scorpio moon
scorpio venus
mars in 12th house)

I belive these aspects give my soul depth.

Meny truly mysterious people are usually on the outside of society, and meny have mental problems. Some develop schizofrenia, or bipolar and so on, because their brains donīt function the way others do. And often they have so little boundries between self and rest of the world, so they become confused and lose touch with reality. These are the minds that are a mystery even to themselves)

Sorry for rambling, but I found this topic interesting.

I think the houses can make you more mysterious than the signs because they indicate activity while signs only indicate a certain type of energy.

The house is what you do with the energy. The sign is the type.

So, planets could be in Scorpio or Pisces, in houses one or seven and the energy can be very obvious, or they can be in houses eight or twelve, and the energy can be more hidden. Houses eight or twelve can spend a lot of time and energy devoted to being secretive.

Well my Moon is in a relatively late degree of Aquarius. It is in Square to Pluto in Scorpio, I have a lot of energy when I'm happy.

Otherwise if I'm sad or disheartened I just am there. Kind of omnipresent most times sadly, sometimes I get really hung up on mortality and how time is ticking away at each and every one of us.

I wish I could escape it, I still haven't found a way to ignore it completely, but I'm doing better these days.

Most people find me a bit mysterious I guess you could say, I find that word so, so silly though. It's more like distant - but emotional like, I'm there with you, but you can't get to me.
