I officially cannot make "practical" choices, whoever leaves me bored/uninspired is chucked away the second it becomes obvious. Then of course well-meaning nearest and dearest tell me i am an idiot and missed out on a "good" opportunity when I'm like "was there anything good anyway?"

Then I went "so what?" Are we really human aberrations not fit to live in this world? Are we the only ones that realise boring/vibeless/uninspiring people are rubbish? Why do we have to suffer more than others?

we are not cut out to be "realistic" - does this mean we'll never have our dreams come true?

I son has this 8 degress from desc. and there has been deception in his marriage... but not from her, from HIM. He has been secretly drinking. Closet drinkers will lie about it, hide it around the house, etc. He was on the verge of being an alcoholic. He swore to me he has quit since his wife left him but with his deception I'll never know for sure. I hope he has quit because he is a handsome and loving guy. He claims he started closet drinking when their baby was born. 1. Wife distanced herself from his physically and emotionally after the birth. 2. She told him now that the baby was in the house there would be not booze in the house. Thus the closet drinking.

There is this paradox I can't work out: if I can't warp myself enough to be happy without what is poetic and vibey, does this mean I'm bound to be unhappy?

I have had affairs that were poetic but it didn't end well, all I do is cant forgive "normal" "good" "reliable" "nice" guys for even looking my way. How can one possibly enjoy being in relationships that lack this element ?

And yes I think I agree about seeing what a person "could" be, but then I was cool about becoming an idealized version of myself my lover had created. This is all an "I'll be your mirror" thing, perhaps the most poetic thing lovers can do to each other.

I try not to read about this placement b/c of the garbage people write about it! it's all about deception, illusion, etc. While that may be true, it doesn't mean that it is 100% true!
