How do I calculate this person's birth time

28 June 1977
Manila

I know that the birth time is in the morning between 1-6am but not sure when.

He married at 27 and had his first kid at 30. He went overseas to work in 2009 till current. Is it possible to calculate birth time like this?

Can you help or anyone else because this is my first time doing chart rectification and I have absolutely no idea
