would sun sign (e.g. scorpio) in northern hemisphere be different to a same sun sign in southern hemisphere?

if you would compare all the scorpios from the northern hemisphere to the southern hemisphere in a general sense would there be in subtle differences in personality?

im exploring this idea because scorpius constellation is in the southern hemisphere, would the scorpios in southern hemisphere be more intense, cuz they're receiving the energy more directly? i dunno, its a bit far fetched.
