Before I knew my mom's birth time I knew she couldn't be a Cappy Riser because she's too extroverted and aggressive. She's open to speaking her mind and frequently gets into argument A LOT. With people she doesn't know and just met say at a restaurant or at a mall,etc. who makes her upset (such as laughing and pointing or short change,etc...). She can get VERY RUDE and AGGRESSIVE. when she gets into such arguments for a (many times an imagined) slight that sometimes she gets scary.
In addition she's very social and makes friends easily esp. at work.

I was expecting her to get an Aries Rising but instead she turns out to be on the cusp between Cappy and Aquari Rising and ultimately her birt time puts her at Aquari Rising (just barely)!!!!
Her Mercury is in Capricorn.
I knew she couldn't be a Cappy Riser because she's tooo open and extroverted.
