I have this friend who was borderline obese. He exercised all those fats and now has a model-like body. Like seriously, I can't even believe how he did it!He has an Aries moon trine Pluto and sextile Uranus and Neptune.

My mom use to be extremely skinny in her youth but after gall stones + surgery she became overweight around 46.She lost it all now.
It took like 5 or 6 years.
She now in her venus maha dasha so thats probably what ended it.
Now she looks fabulous and amazingly youthful for her age.

I know of two people who have Sag Moons and who used to be overweight but now are fine.
A famous Youtuber who used to be overweight is now fine, too, but I don't know his time of birth so his Moon is either in Virgo or Libra.
I guess aspects would be more helpful though.

My brother and I have both had fat-to-thin cycles. We're both Pisces moon opposed Virgo Pluto. His moon is in his 4th, mine in my 7th.My brother was always chubby--seriously his baby pics are of the fattest baby you've ever seen. I was a skinny kid. My brother was jealous and would call me "toothpick" when we were younger. In his adult life, he started dieting (almost anorexic) and started running. He lost over 100 pounds and got thin, but currently has put some weight back on, although he's not close to be overweight again. I started to plump out at puberty, then started exercising everyday, before school, and went on a weird, unhealthy diet where I wouldn't eat anything before lunch time or anything after 7PM, and I stopped eating red meat. I got very skinny, too skinny at one point. In college I was very stressed and my anxiety, which I didn't know I had at the time, really got out of control and my PCOS, which I knew I had, went crazy. I put on 50 pounds in 6 months. From that point I struggled with my weight a lot. I have an odd issue where when I start losing weight and feel "smaller" it triggers my anxiety. It's made losing wieght very hard. Because of my history of abuse and stalkers, my PTSD-afflicted psyche finds being overweight more comforting--I feel less like a target. When I was thin, guys harassed me all the time. When I'm overwieght I'm invisible. Nowadays I'm coping with these issues much better, and I am understanding better the dynamics of male privilege, abuse of women and sexual harassment in our society that make women like myself feel unsafe. Even though I alone cannot stop the awful things people do to women, I'm taking control of my responses to those things more. I'm trying to find courage everyday, and to simply not be afraid. I'm also, not surprisingly, losing weight, exercising more and find it easier to avoid food I shouldn't eat. IP: Logged |

I gained a lot of weight when I was 18By 21 I started to watch what I eat.
22 I started to exercise too. and then bam! all my clothes are too big. I've lost around 20-25 pounds. I only have one pair of jeans that fit me...not clean, so wearing some that are too big right now. haha Scorpio Moon house 6
