You all already seen my thread about Quincunx in my last account.

As you seen, I personally hold the opinion that Quincunx can be a much harder aspects than Opposition. I particularly hold this opinion strong for Sun-Moon aspects as I experienced the negatives of a Quincunx firsthand. I'm a Pisces Sun-Leo Moon and these two placements are Quincunx in my chart.

However I do remember some comments on the internet half a year ago saying that while Quincunx are aspects that are at least as hard, if not harder than, Opposition, the exception to this rule is Taurus and Libra.

Quincunx are often considered worse than Opposition because the two signs share nothing in common while opposites are in the same mode, in complementary elements, and share similar traits in a "I'll scratch your back, you'll scratch mine" manner.

Quincunx don't have this benefit because the signs are of hostile elements, of different modes, and their general traits are so different that they share nothing in common.

However Libra and Taurus are exceptions because they share the same ruling planet Venus.

Despite being Signs that Quincunx each other, I really do notice Venus being their ruling planets in the end make these two Signs less like a Quincunx and more in line of an Opposite (not exactly but they're closer to this IMO).

For example, both Taurus and Libra are known to be lovers of luxuries. They both have a love for jewelry and can be quite fashionable (especially the women). They both are the most romantic signs as well as the most charming signs of their respective elements and in the whole Zodiac. Both signs are renown for their incredible beauty when they're placed as Ascendants (esp. for women) and Venus is best placed in either signs along with Pisces.

However the traits they have in common aren't really in a "Scratch my back, scratch your back" manner so I wouldn't say they are opposites.

But neither would I say they are exactly Quincunx as far as traditional description go.

So I am wondering since they share much in common including the same ruling planets, would someone who has a Sun-Moon Quincunx featuring both signs as either placements have an easier time with this hard aspects than other Quincunxing Signs being in these placements? Would it be much smoother for a person to resolve issues of having a Quincunx between a Taurus Sun and Libra Moon?

That's interesting. I have Taurus Moon and I am very fond of two Libra Ascendants, but dislike Libra Moons. Does that make sense?

You need to consider that Taurus is an earth sign and Libra is air. Taurus is fixed and Libra is cardinal. Venus would behave differently in both signs. A Taurus would manifest venus qualities in more stubborn and earthy ways whereas a Libra would manifest venus in more direct and intellectual ways. When making the comparison for the Libra-Taurus Sun-Moon pairing, it would be highly dependent on what aspect (if any) is made between the two venuses in the synastry.

Interesting, I have a libra moon and my S.O is a Taurus moon. I think you have mentioned quite a good point in your observation, and I would have to say that it is not so bad in terms of "getting along" with these two moons.

How would the comparison be if the Taurus moon had his Venus tightly conjunct his own neptune but also my Neptune, and for my libra moon, had his Pluto tightly sitting on my Venus which is also conjunct my own Pluto?

We do have sun opposite moon in synastry but I guess it's out if sign

First off, it tells me that you're close in age. Your neptune would "feel" his venus, but not really the other way around since his venus would feel the neptunes of so many people. Likewise, his Pluto would "feel" your venus, but to your venus, he's just another Pluto among millions.

Yes... I think Libra-Taurus is an easier quincunx.
It's the same for Aries-Scorpio!!
