What in someone's chart leads to them being physically hypersensitive? Especially easily getting an upset stomach from foods.

Also, what in someone's chart makes them more stoic?

Hm usually Vedic astrology tells you more about the foods and ones specific body functions does and do nots..and gives specific remedies for bad digestion food sensitivity etc. bad joints . But look to see if any planets in cancer are badly aspected on the ascendant (because it constitutes the physical body) for a start but it is not that simple because other aspects could balance the bad one, but like i said its a start.

I say cancer because cancer rules the stomach breasts, and the digestive system when placed on the ascendant.

Have you tried looking up medical astrology.
I agree with Henok. Vedic will get specific because I'm sure there's a divisional that'll let you know.

Remember 6th house is health. Don't you have sun in 6th?
