I noticed that people with strong aries/sagittarius have a really great sense of humor, especially Sag. Do you agree? Some of my friends are Sags and they never fail to make me laugh! We're a crazy bunch when we're together. Never a dull moment with Sag friends. ------------------ Define FIRE! ;) [9th House Sun in Aries, 2nd Decan-Leo] IP: Logged |

Sags, yes. Aries, not so much. Also, I tend to find Sags are more clever & creative in their humor (either expressing or enjoying it) than Aries. Generally speaking, of course. IP: Logged |

I'm a Scorpio. But, my Venus, Mars, and Jupiter are in Sagittarius.I only have one close Aries friend. When we're together we destroy our surroundings, basically. I have a couple Sag friends and when we start joking - we end up in tears. ------------------ Rising: Virgo Sun: _____ Moon: _____ IP: Logged |

What? But why... I agree about Sags though. They are very quick, even for me with Mars conj. ASC (both in Gemini). And yes, Sag says off the wall crazy stuff! But one, it's not funny when someone else tries to copy their sense of humor and two, their humor is very big and broad. Like it's just out there so it's obviously funny. I think subtle and detailed humor flies over their heads though. For a very generalized example it's like they prefer Adam Sandler instead of the Frasier sitcom, no? IP: Logged |

I grew up with my Sadge mother, and a Sadge ascendant father, so I have their humour. I'm not s funny around most people, but it comes out at times - it's partly due to my extreme shyness that it doesn't. My favourite Christmas shopping trip involved me and my mother in a bookstore at the mall, when I was 20. We started to laugh over some books made by cartoonists, leaning against each other because we were laughing so hard - and then having to sit on the floor, as we looked through more. IP: Logged |

Sagittarians are definitely funny. I have lots of fun hanging out with them. We always end up fighting though lol! I hate aries men but the women are cool. My cousin is an aries and since we were younger we were both pattners in crime. We laugh like crazy when we are together.

I have Mercury in Sag (conj. Sun). I can occasionally be funny I guess, but it is not intended.I am also sometimes very quiet, almost mute, especially with strangers. But the reason for that is that it is always either... or. If I am not keeping quiet, I tend to say exactly what is going through my mind, before I even know that THIS is what I am thinking. But I know someone with Sun, Moon, MC and Mercury in Sag, with that Mercury being squraed by Mars-Jupiter conjunction in Virgo. HE is plain crazy. IP: Logged |

Why? More clever...well, okay, I would have to agree with it based on my experience with Sags. But not more creative, I think.

Especially those with the Sag influence b/c they will turn things that aren't supposed to be funny into great stories. And it's completely unexpected too. LOLIP: Logged |

Yes! Storytelling is their biggest talent My sister is 4 years older than me and she used to tell these hilarious stories when she got home from school. I used to envy her because when I grew up, no matter how much I laughed at school that day, I couldn't keep my audience( family members) focused and laughing like she did ! lol. And I have lots of Sag in my chart. I think it's Sag sun and moon that does it. IP: Logged |

Hahahai have saggie stellium im that type of dude in a love relationship who would follow his girl around indoors... if she would go the bathroom to brush her teeth i would lean against the wall and talk to her.. perhaps she had just read a nice book or about some random topic.. and than afterwards i would floor her to the ground and tickle her... bite her neck.. and than i would throw her in the air, but i wont catch her... i dont need to! cause she would fall on the bed! LOL i just looove to tease alot and im sarcastic in my jokes, even in a love relationship. and i can tell great stories, true stories. im so childish at times minus the immaturity, with a great love for adventure. i can be very serious as well and stern but im glad for my saggitarius stellium indeed. one should not be too serious, it makes the young soon age and the old soon die, it is better not to die too soon! love saggie! Yeah my Mercury in Sagittarius conjunct Uranus is kind of unintended and just how I speak in general while my Capricorn sun and ascendant tries to be a little dark and dry about humor. There have been times when I thought something I said was very witty and amazingly clever and no one laughed (I think it was a well thought out idea) and then I talk randomly and people laugh, "You're so funny, Bridgetostars23". me-"uh yeah...i'm not joking....." On reflection I'll agree with this. I said Sag was more creative because I actually found it funny. Aries humor, however, tends to the slapstick which I don't typically find funny (though if enough surprise is involved then it can amuse me). One classic was when my Aries cousin (who tends to crude, slapstick humor, and he loves Beavis & Butt-head which I can barely stand and he didn't care for Daria which I loved) who loves watching Jackass 3 over and over, and got me to watch it. Though I found a couple of scenes funny, most of it wasn't my cup of tea (and I remember feeling sorry for the poor snakes in it)...yet I can't deny that it was very creative, certainly there's no way I'd have ever come up with such ideas...(and he'd always been prone to such slapstick and sado-masochists pranks like that even as as teen). And back when we were teens the same Aries cousin liked to tease bulls in a truck (he'd imitate the pawing of the ground & snorting with braked tires & muffler) and took some materials used to blow up tree stumps and made homemade dynamite with it, and then lit a long fuse he'd put in it and said, "Hold this," as he handed it to me and I took it reflexively. I shrieked and threw it just in time. He said it was the expression on my face, first the surprise, and then the outrage radiating from my face that made him helpless with laughter and allowed me to beat the crap out of him (enough that Granny noticed later), which normally I wouldn't have been able to do. (Years later he started laughing himself to tears over it again so I hit him again.) I may not have thought it was funny (and thus didn't count it as "creative humor" off the top of my head because I failed to see the humor), but others do, and I can't deny that it was creative (if still simple slapstick)... ^Aha. Okay. I agree Aries, especially men, tends to the slapstick and pranks and I understand not everyone finds it funny. Both have different styles and I find them equally funny and creative. ------------------ Define FIRE! ;) [9th House Sun in Aries, 2nd Decan-Leo] IP: Logged |

Same here. I'm quiet and serious (just at work actually). Most of the conversations I had with co-workers are work-related. I think they think I'm snob and too serious. (Sun/MC trine Saturn, 6H Cap Moon/Mars). Basically I'm a Capricorn at work and an Aries with family and friends. Aries and Sag are straightforward. We say what's on our mind most of the time. I also have a friend with Sag stellium. And yes, she's extremely funny. It's like when I'm with her, I should anticipate that she'd say or do something funny/silly/crazy. She really has retarded sense of humor. ------------------ Define FIRE! ;) [9th House Sun in Aries, 2nd Decan-Leo] IP: Logged |

Right. LOOOOOOVE TO TEASE A LOT. My Sag friend always tease me. He knows my weakness/fears and he sometimes use them to make fun of me. He loves seeing my reaction and he laughs everytime. He tells me my reaction or the expression of my face is priceless. >_< There were times when I get mad at him but I can't stay mad for long coz he always use his charm and humor to make me forgive him. ------------------ Define FIRE! ;) [9th House Sun in Aries, 2nd Decan-Leo] IP: Logged |

I watched Daria, and don't like Beavis and Butthead, or Jackass.
