Well,as I've mentioned in other posts I've been away from Astrology for 20 years and am just now getting back in. I'm doing charts now of those I know and looking at what makes them the way they are. So far everyone is just as their chart shows except for my oldest son.Nothing sounds remotely like him when I read his house placements and aspects. Has anyone else run into this? Well, Saturn in the 5th is accurate, he got married for the first time at age 46 and will be a father for the first time next month. I know the birth time is right... I was there! What in a chart would make someone abrupt to the point of being rude, walks and moves fast, and never calls his mom although he is fond of her (me). Was hyperactive as a child. He has a 142 IQ. I'm reading the aspects and they say moves slowly, speaks and walks slowly... is kind and considerate, sensitive. He is none of those. Aspects: House positions (Placidus)

My mom gave me the wrong birth time which I discovered when I sent for the long form of my birth certificate. She was only off by 5 minutes, but it does change the ascendent degree, house placements, slight adjustment to the moon, vertex, MC and PoF.IP: Logged |

Actually, curiosity got me.  As a Scorpio AC with Leo Mercury, I can see him being abrupt and rude. Especially since he's a Cancer - Scorpio influenced Cancers tend to be pretty tough and forward. Looking at his chart in general, from what little you've provided, it fits to me. Then again, I see astrology more in behaviour than specific traits like high IQ and not calling his mum. I’ve read that first child of person with saturn in 5th may die,seems true in his case(I’m referring to the fetus,not sure if it counts though).IP: Logged |

Venus quincunx saturn and mercury quincunx saturn may be responsible for him not calling you mom even though he is fond of you.He may find it difficult to express his feelings.IP: Logged |

My guess, is probably his moon in aquarius which is trine mars actually. You said he loves you (of course!) but doesn't call often(Aquarius is detached) but he will also tell a person off quite bluntly--mars heats up the moon and the person will tell you exactly what they think! The trine is easy energy so it makes this easy to express. Plus mars is in the 3rd (self expression) trine the moon in 11th (relationships with the community, friends, etc)What do you make of his mars?? How is his drive? It doesn't really aspect any major planets besides the moon.... O_O. IP: Logged |

He is lazy about things but succeeds without the effort. In school he never did homework, but had straight A's. The job he has now he works from home... seldom has to go to the workplace. Suits him to a T. He walks so fast you can't keep up. Everytime he comes to visit he falls. He fell down my stairs, he fell in the shower... when he was a child he was so accident prone. Never a serious injury though. I would consider the dead baby his first since it was 4 months... it broke his wife's heart to have to go to the hospital with a beating heart and come home without it.  He doesn't have a temper at all. He is blunt and will tell people off but he seems very cool on the outside. He is blunt and often hurts my feelings but with moon in cancer n 4th, who doesn't? LOL. I'm an Aquarian probably his moon?
