Ruler of DC is Saturn Sag in the 5th. Venus is in the 10th. It's probably my 5H Sag Juno, Saturn, Uranus that does it then.

Haha yeah. Moon in the 5th!

Well, usually Saturn squares feel like a restriction/limitation to the planet's energy. So in your case it may feel like your drive (Mars), love nature or social life (Venus) and optimism or enthusiasm (Jupiter) are difficult to express or live out.

Moon and Juno both in the 9th - Cancer on the 11th.

The ruler of the 3rd/5th/7th/9th/11th not just the house having cusp ruled by Sagittarius (and even Aquarius, Gemini). Just being strongly influenced by one of these signs or their rulers can promote an interest in more universal connections.

5 is more about casual/dating romances - but 7th is business and contract/committed unions - 3rd and 9th are about (distance) travel and communications between native/kin and outer regions/abroad - 11th is also about global awareness/causes and connections, diversity...

I would even go so far to say that the three air houses and fire houses (and rulers) are each important in determining the draw or disinterest in foreigners or foreign travel (relations).

Jupiter-Uranus + ASC can make someone globally adaptable and maybe keen to travel/move about (change themselves/renew themselves). Maybe Uranus rules their 9th with Sagittarius in the 7th with Mars, perhaps they have North Node cnj Moon in the 11th... this interest will become even more personal to them, maybe their destiny or life goal even. ^^;
