I haven't had that transit but both are possible.I know someone who's having the opposition and yes, they've lost some weight (nothing extraordinary though) and went through a break up. Kind of an on and off type of energy actually - feelings go up and down, up and down.. Don't expect stability on the emotional front with that one!

I haven't seen the conjunction in action but I have seen the opposition. During tr. Uranus opposite Venus someone's marriage ended. So perhaps the "opposing" effect is literal in this case. IP: Logged |

I have that transit coming up in....let's see here...2027! I'll let you know how it goes!  I had tr Uranus conjunct my Moon a while back. It was...underwhelming. I was all bracing myself for drama and then *nothing* happen. *Nothing*. IP: Logged |

My best friend, and my ex went through it..The same thing basically happened to both of them: for about a year and a half, their love lives were crazy! They literally met someone new each week! lol Each time, they would fall madly in love with the person, but then that person would disappear suddenly and unexpectedly. They'd be really upset and depressed about it, but then they'd meet someone new in a heartbeat. My best friend changed his style of dress pretty dramatically (Venus rules his 1st house). What happens depends a lot on progressions and other transits, too. For instance, my mom met my dad when Uranus was conjunct her Venus, and they quickly got married, and have been happily married for 35 years! She had a lot of stabilizing transits and progressions. This transit brought my dad into my mom's life very suddenly, and they got married quickly.

interesting, my conjunction will happen next year, along with a progressed venus opposite natal uranus and conjuction natal DSC (same month)... My romantic life got a lot busier since 2019 though.. Natal Venus in House 5. IP: Logged |

i had this in 2017/2018.Venus rules my 10th house. it was also conjunct my saturn and IC. I ended a 10 year semi toxic relationship. I had wanted to break free from about july 2016 when another argument, much like every other occurred, I made a promise to myself that this was not what I wanted. I thought to myself a lot "I love myself to much to stay"...but it took a while to really pull the pin. I was at uni...got a degree 12 months ago. Uranus was also conjunct our Csun & IC, Opposite our C Moon & Jupiter recently, so that was the thrust, the final hoorah! My Progressed sun is at 2 deg Taurus ))) so yeah I am changing a lot. Uranus is unexpected and shocking, and it all has been, but in different ways. I feel unexpectedly very happy, full of self love and gratitude for everything I have. Emotional satisfaction. I also can't be bothered dating and would be very happy to remain single forever, I'm only 50.... this is surprising to me....But whatever happens, I'm down with that ))) IP: Logged |

I loved this transit so much. I think I was the happiest I ever was when t. Uranus was conjunct my n. Venus. Makes me wish I had the conjunction natally. Venus rules my 9th and 2nd houses IP: Logged |

Hopefully I will remember this thread and bump it up when Uranus opposes my Venus. Coz my Venus rules AND is in the 7th house. I think it increases an interest in art,creativity and the avant garde. I don't link Venus to romance in my case. Maybe shared interests? But it's not the spark for me. Maybe you will meet a person who represents the Uranus qualities? Platonic or otherwise. Is the transit occurring now?
