Topic: Aqua Sun and Cap Venus - paradoxical?

If a guy has an Aqua Sun he's probably attracted to someone very outgoing, someone who is the life of the party. But I've also been told that Capricorn Venus holders like more of a classical beauty, and someone who is well known/has their stuff together in regards to goals and life (knows what they want, strong female.)It all seems so paradoxical to me. What do I focus on? He's Cap in all other aspects of his chart, other than his Sag Mars. IP: Logged |

I know of someone who is a Cap sun and Aqua Venus and he wad attracted to someone who was the complete opposite of him: spontaneous, fun-loving, outgoing, creative, expressive, always the center of attention and.. Chubby.  I couldn't be sure of the rest of her placements but the girl is a Leo sun. IP: Logged |

an Aqua guy from work with Venus and Moon in Capricorn and Mars in Aqua was reserved/conservative, quiet, confident guy, very sexy ( natal Venus/Pluto square).IP: Logged |

My ex has Aqua Sun, Venus Cap.He didn't want a homebody, and he certainly needed someone he could talk to. However, someone who has their stuff together, has goals, etc.. was very important, too. He did NOT want someone who as the life of the party! It made him too insecure. His whole chart contributed to this, though (Saturn/Mars/Pluto square Venus, Taurus moon). IP: Logged |

Really? I thought Aquas loved outgoing, spontaneous, kind of crazy people? I do know that there are "mature" and "immature" aqua males, I've read a lot about the distinctions. Sometimes I wonder. He seems to have taken a liking to me over the last 6 months, but I've also seen him like pictures and pay attention to girls who are the polar opposite of me (very alternative looking, think - tattoos, boobs out, pictures in their underwear all over their newsfeed, very resigned, very cynical females etc). He seems like one giant paradox. One day I'm getting messages that I'm a special person and that he's glad he met me, and five days later he sends "Youre such a babe" to some girl. I consider myself to be all of those things, but I'm not a "party" girl. I can be serious, though. I have a lot of goals and we've spoken about how dedicated we both are to being positive in life and making our dreams come true. I wouldn't consider myself the center of attention but I do apparently get a lot of attention from the male species (lord knows why, I'm oblivious to it all) and I have a strong following of supporters for my work (creative work on the side from my studies). Really? Because he doesn't seem serious at all. From the looks of it he likes attention from a lot of females. He has told me that he likes me, and he has said that he wants to make time to pursue things, but if these placements are so serious in love I'm confused because a lot of the times the words don't match up with the actions. The sentiment has been put out there but that was in January. Since then his work has become extremely time consuming, 12 hour days and so on, and we haven't been able to see each other. Also, my dad hates silly, strange women (aquarius types). He really does prefer more confident mature women, also all of his girlfriends were Scorpios

Yes, but with that Cappy influence, seems like it would bring out Saturn more and Aquarius has a connection to that planet as well as Uranus. Aqua Sun and Venus seems more Uranian.

I only responded to the first sentence you wrote so it might have seemed incomplete. The Cappy influence does suggest a serious side but he could also appreciate the strange and unusual. I appreciate it and I have lots of Saturn in my chart but Uranus is even stronger lol. It does sound like a mixture of things with him but with that Venus in Cappy tradition might win out at some point. You could try being a bit different and see if he likes that. Do you like tattoos and such or are you more Cappy Venus in what you enjoy which would be more traditional and conservative? Does he have one of those right wing conservative streaks but with anarchistic tendencies, kind of like, everyone have as much freedom as possible, likes traditional American values but appreciates being unusual and different from the rest of society? Bull... ask me anything I'm Aquarius Sun and Venus in Capricorn. Mostly I look for someone who will be faithful... I cannot forgive a cheater. I also like to be worshipped and adored by my man. Is this Aquar. Cap person a male or female? I was never attracted to older men... just the opposite they repulsed me. I remember dating someone 21 when I was 18 and he scared me... he was ready to do things I wasn't ready for. Hmmmm wonder where he is now? LOL One boyfriend I went with for a year was a year younger than me.

He seems to be a family man, he has spoken to me about hating exhibitionists when it comes to sex (he likes traditional approaches, rather than crazy...uh...50 shades kind of stuff hahaha), talks about loving simple nights out rather than getting crazy drunk, etc. He seems pretty laid back. However, him and I have connected on a level where we speak about the world/governments/our generation needed to change itself. He's best friends with guys who believe that culture is just mass consumption these days and that people should rebel against the status quo. So I see such a paradox with him. Thats another thing - I don't even know how to approach him anymore not that I've started thinking about it. Us Taurus gals think way too much. But Caps like to be nurtured in a non-overwhelming way, they like to know they have a support system. Aquas I've been told run the hell away from anyone who shows a little tenderness or love. I guess a lot depends on other things in his chart. But speaking for myself. First I'm attracted to looks and eyes, then personality. Never someone too serious... having fun and having things in common go a long way with me. I was married 3 times (My venus is ruler of house 7 and afflicted.) and finally #3 worships me. He treats me like a princess and I would not trade him for anyone. He does dishes, cleans... I'm living a life of ease. My advice to you is to find out what he is interested in and see if you are interested in any of the same things. Check his FB page for interests and what sites he has "liked". But there is just so much more to consider in a chart... like ASC and Fifth house. A lot of signs get a bad rap but don't believe it because placement and aspects make a big difference.
