in my experience unless venus is aspecting the asc or a luminary it physically effects the appearance.

I've met some stunning people with terrible placed and aspected venus.

Thou that aspect would give a sex appeal.

It depends on where they are in the chart. I think it makes it easier for you to express your sexuality. I know two people born on the same day with this aspect,they are the sexiest creatures I’ve ever met but they also have exact mars square pluto and scorpio moon.If one of these are in the first house or conj. asc then I think it may make you look exotic otherwise it may not affect your looks.

I meant the houses in which they are located in the chart.I don’t think they will affect the looks if one of them are not in angular house(1/4/7/10) especially 1st and 7th.
