My son and I both have Neptune in the 6th and we are both have a germ phobia... constantly washing our hands and worrying about germs. When I go out now I carry my own disinfect lotion to wash my hands after opening doors and stuff.

We are both a bit of hypochontriacs too.

Anyone else with this placement?

Phobias are a Pluto thing. I'm thinking germophobe would be more of a Pluto in Virgo (or the sixth house) type of thing...?

Neptune rules Pisces/12th house. The 12th house is about institutions, hospitals, prisons, hidden enemies. I could see Neptune in the 6th working on those little "hidden enemies" in a phobia way.

I also have Virgo on the 6th. And the neptune is well aspected. Pluto isn't involved.

And Virgo is such a meticulous sign. What about placement of Mercury by sign, house and aspects since it rules your 6th?

I have neptune in the 6H (capricorn) and I wouldn't consider myself a germaphobe but I do carry hand sanitizer in my purse and I make a rubbing alcohol spray to clean my computer desk but I don't go much further than that.

My sun is in virgo too so that could have something to do with it...

I was told that this placement might be one of the reasons I refuse to take pain killers when prescribed though. I thought that was interesting but I'm not sure how true it is.

Hand sanitizer is all I need to stay healthy. I just use it before I eat something and right after I leave the store and I hardly ever catch anything.

I have this along with Moon and Mars.

Hygiene is very important to me. I wash my hands frequently and I use hand sanitizer and creme everyday.

Not sure where it comes from either, but it's very smart. If you can live without them you are better off and your liver will thank you. Some people have to though.

Very interesting thing Neptune in the 6th.. I forgot to mention I have Virgo in my 6th as well. If I'm in a super market and someone sneezes in my aisle I will hold my breath until I pass them. I will not take a bit out of anything anyone else did, even if it was my husband. I see families sharing utensils and stuff and I just can't do that.
