Somebody with:
Aries sun
Pisces moon
Pisces mercury
Aries Venus
Cancer mars.Now I can only see the playful confidence (since I just met him, think he might be a Sag rising), but there's got to be more than meets the eye right? Would you be able to trust somebody with this combo? Also, if the guy has a very angular face, is tall, broad shoulders, has really full lips, big smile, has good style, really striking blue eyes, he might be either a Sag (third decan) or a Leo rising right? He resembles that blonde guy from Glee.

Hard to say if you can trust him without seeing his whole chart. Moon in Pisces are usually gentle, sympathetic people. ------------------
