astro.com describes this aspect in different ways, however, i find the following description interesting, 'sometimes this symbolism takes the form of one of the persons being an alcoholic or having some other type of psychological disorder which requires much attention and so-called sacrifice from the other.'i have found this in couples ive done composites of, and the description of 'substance abuse' has always been accurate. as in, even though astro.com offers for alternative interpretations...the substance abuse/psych disorder always manifested in real life. so, has anyone ever seen examples of this aspect manifesting in ways that have nothing to do with substance abuse/psych disorder?

I'd like to know more about this as well. I have this in a composite with a man that I am considering dating, and a mutual friend of ours described him as a "drunk" (although that mutual friend hasn't had a close relationship with him recently and he seems to be pretty successful, career wise, at this time)...
