Some could be, but yours is attracted to you and that's all that counts! I am sure he loves you a lot, more than any Martial woman in his past, too! You have a quality she lacks and he sees this in you and he is attracted.

Neptune is exactly opposite the moon and in second house, closest to the ascendant but not in first house, it also trines the north node, Chiron and Venus. I have several planets in 12 too and Pisces north node so Neptune kinda just stands out though I don't have a lot going on in the sign Pisces. However, Pisces ancient ruler, Jupiter is conjunct my sun sign ruler, Mercury and both conjunct the ascendant from house 12 while Pisces sits on the cusp of my sun sign's traditional house, 6.

All this adds up to Neptune, I suppose.

My Neptune conjuncts my ASC, Opposite my Sun, square Saturn, and inconjunct my Venus. Jupiter in Pisces and Pisces SN, no 12th house planets but Sun and Mars in sixth

My mom has Sun conjunct Neptune but shes a Venusian

btw, how do you look like? And how tall? I wonder if Neptunians are tall

Haha, I am the absolute shortest member of my family with the smallest build and bone structure. They are all Amazons compared to me! I am pretty much like what the website said in its description of the Neptunian (unusual.) Not sure what the "unusual" part refers to on the site's description but do agree I am definitely unusual and not that comfortable about it. I am otherworldly looking with saucer eyes for sure, lol. Just have that look, you know? I stand out in a crowd. Maybe it's got something to do with the Libra stellium on the ascending degree from twelve but I don't particularly feel like I fit the description of the Libra ascendant physically except I have a better than average figure. I like my own style of clothes and they are important to me but I am not into fashion and all that/ designer labels and such.
I just have the messed-up-looking-member-of- the-family look, pretty much which, to me, doesn't sound very Libran which is why I suspect these planets from house twelve affect my appearance in a twelfth house way even though they are so close to the ascendant. They are distinctly different from first house planets imo and do not have the same energy.
