Has anyone looked into them? What effect do you see? I learnt how they worked, now I just wanna know what meaning they may have (since I might be moving this August!!!!).I looked into the August relocation chart and it gives me a Virgo AC as well as shuffling just a few planets into new houses (Pluto conjunct IC now in H3, Moon moves into H5, S-turn is now conjunct DC from H7)... What are your experiencesssssssssss?? IP: Logged |

My mother is really fond of reloccation charts. Every year, on her birthday she travels wherever she has to be in order to achieve the best aspects/orbs and ASC she can have. She is so into this, mostly because she is a hard-working Cappy and she wants to be sure that at least she's done her best (consdering astrology) to protect her job. There was a time period that I spent traveling to places where I have good charts or specific lines. It was interesting experience, I spent time in Dallas, TX where I have Venus right on the IC and had great Jupiter transits at the time. Many were helpful towards me, and had really good job offers. But I had very superficial contacts with people, and I felt like I couldn't connect with anyone on a deeper level, along with the fact that I was so reckless. After I ended up almost breaking my leg I left. I also lived in Arizona for many years as to which I was very depressed and introverted. It got so bad sometimes I wouldn't leave the house for a day or so. Turns out I had Saturn or my IC there and too many Neptune contacts. Originally from Illinois, where my Mars is on my Ascendant and have it heavily aspected. Funny enough other people from that location are quick to notice me even before I tell them I am from there lol. Now I am settled in New York where I have Sun on IC, but my Mercury is badly aspected and have had many problem communicating and just getting through to people about what I mean. My Mars in 12th here makes it strange for me because my anger comes out 'passively' which I can't stand. Best relocation chart I have seen is for Europe(especially Italy) my Mars, Jupiter, and Moon are all on the MC of my chart. Along with my Sun conjunction Pluto being placed in 1st house. Mabe one of these days I will go over there and see how that works out IP: Logged |

Yes its just changing the location, when you go to Astro.com on the Extended Chart Selection, they have a area where you change the location. Its called Reference Place, you go in and choose the new location after you select the option for Relocation Chart.IP: Logged |

Hey punkin, good to see you around. I think it's more than just changing the location of your birthchart. I think your chart moves to the equivalent time of the new location also. Like, at the city I might move to, it's an hour ahead of where I was born, so not only did the city change, the birthtime used moved ahead and became 12:50 am of November 9th. IP: Logged |

Thanks librachoice77! Yes and your relocation stories made me think of how I felt different on my recent trip. A different place can really bring a change in you. Have fun in Italy! IP: Logged |

Hello sweetscorpy, good to see you too . This is so interesting because I just looked into this with some attention(O.o). I dont live where I was born, actually half the world away and omg I'm a venus in the 8th here! and jupiter in the 7th! and moon conjunct MC exact! it makes so much sense. ou, my Sun moves from the 8th into the 9th in Zurich..and I'm a scorpio rising with mars in 8th in johannesburg..all the possibilities...
