I am looking for a way to activate my Mars in Pisces. It is in the second house.

Conjunct Jupiter (4 degrees)
Trine Venus (2 degrees)
square Mercury (4 degrees)
square Saturn (6 degrees)
square Uranus (2 degrees)
square Chiron (3 degrees)
sextile ascendant (4 degrees)
trine midheaven (3 degrees)

When I say activate....I mean I want to find a way to pursue my goals. To take action. To follow through on things. With this placement I can let things build up over time and can finally explode in an unhealthy way. I'd like to be able to just speak my mind. (With Mercury in Sagittarius I often do however when it comes to pursuing my goals I do not think I do.)

With all those squares it looks like you're going to have a hard time of it. And in Pisces too..hmm. Mars tends top be lazy in Pisces, a lover not a doer. Very go with the flow types. Not much you can do about it other than consciously tell yourself to act when you think you need to. Make it happen for yourself. Try to ignore Pisces procrastination and just act. That's all I've got. :/

im also a mars in pisces.
it used to be really hard for me to just DO things. i still feel heavy resistance to it, however, you really gotta just say to yourself you cant let the lazy or negative thoughts control you anymore.

my long-time bf is mars in pisces - yes, a very lazy position. I find that he's most motivated when he truly has an interest in something; even if that interest goes away a few months later, he pursues it with vigor while interested. a timeline also seems to help him stay focused - like 'we need to accomplish this by this time/date.' so he has something he has to work towards and get done 'in time.' it seems w/this position of mars you really have to go after the things that bring you joy and not waste effort/energy on other things. save your strength for true passions and you will (hopefully) find more motivation through that. and be creative - this is a highly creative position and you might find great release through painting/art, acting, song, writing, etc.
