I've hardly seen anyone use the Uranian Points when interpreting a Chart, and I was wondering what opinions were going around about them. I myself don't use them, and I'm thinking they may or may not be all that important. What do you all think?------------------ Oh my Gods. IP: Logged |

I think they're valid just like asteroids are, but like you said, the vast majority of people that are into astrology, don't use them at all. I gave up expecting to see any real discussion of them on any board a longgg time ago lmao.IP: Logged |

Bumping to add that I found (re-found; I first discovered it years ago) this link : http://www.uranian-institute.org/jptransnepmeds.htm That gives an idea of what each "planet" does. I think there's something to it because I apparently astral travel in dreams or something. iQ said it was due to the asteroid Spirit in the 9th house, but in Uranian astrology I have an exact conjunct between Poseidon and my moon. Quote from the above link : quote: Poseidon is master of the art of dreaming, and the lessons and practices that are possible there

Thanks for the link. As I was reading Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades, I couldn't help but feel that they share qualities with Dias, Poseidonas, and Hades (the planets). ------------------ Oh my Gods. IP: Logged |

According to other sites I read, Poseidon is just like Neptune on steroids, only without any of the negative aspects Neptune traditionally has. IP: Logged |

No, Glaucus didnīt use them, when he was here. He was using transneptunian objects that have been astronomically observed. The transneptunians of Uranian astrology are hypothetical. IP: Logged |

I see. You wouldn't happen to think that they're crossed qualities of currently existing Planets? I thought Cupido was a cross between Aphrodite and Hera...------------------ Oh my Gods. IP: Logged |
