A friend of mine lost his brother April 11th. This man died by his own hand. I thought it might be interesting to study his chart and transits. I don't know any details and the family is far too upset to ask. I don't know his birth time but used Taurus since he looks like one. So you can't go by house placements but the aspects are pretty revealing.Well, sorry, I thought it would be interesting to study this. I guess the people here are just interested in dating and what handsome guys moon is on your sun. I don't think this is the kind of place I'm looking for.

Hi, Barbee,You are right to suspect that suicide could possibly be seen in charts. I tried to do the same thing 2 months ago when my sister-in-law's brother committed suicide. But I couldn't ask for any information because they were too upset! I did have my sister-in-law's chart and I do know just from their family background that they are very shy, quite "different" in personality than most folks, and her brother was being bullied at work. He was in his early 30s and actually being bullied, he was that shy. Of course, this was a military-type thing...the Reserves, maybe. Anyway, speaking of charts, I did reply to your post in the Reading section about your son. Sorry it took so long. This forum definitely has a lot of dating questions going on and occasionally there are some good posts about regular natal charts and placements. I can't relate to the dating stuff only because I'm happily married, so I just skim the titles of the posts and if nothing interesting, go on to another forum. You might like Astrologer's Community on the Astrology Weekly site, if you haven't been there yet. I like the way they break down each type of astrology questions by subject. The posts aren't all heaped together like they are here. Or Astro.com's forums - still categorized but not as much as Astrologer's Community. ElsaElsa blog and forum seems to have more people who are more focused on general astrology and natal chart questions rather than dating/synastry. Anyway, I'm probably not telling you anything new. What I like Lindaland for is doing a search on a specific topic. While there are synastry posts that come up, you also get some really good ones, too, since Lindaland has millions of archived posts. Thank you again. I like this place and the forum but I really was looking for someplace a bit more mature. Somewhere where people are more interested in learning and exploring Astrology. I love to look at a chart like the one I posted just to see why... what would cause such a thing. I want to explore, learn and exchange information from other astrologers. As you can see from my posts I am very impatient... Aries rising with Gemini on my 3rd. Thank you so much and I will try those other places. IP: Logged |

I tried committing suicide 5 days back. There wasn't really a reason, something that I knew even as I was taking pills. Just a minor fight with my partner. But then I still wanted to do it. I've a horrible temper and am highly impulsive. I'm on my mobile and can neither see the person's chart nor post one. I'll tell you the aspects I had that day. IP: Logged |

Hi Depth, Sorry you are going through a rough time. Do you have anyone who is helping you through this? I really hope you will find some professional help. On Karka's post there was a number of a helpline posted whom you can call anonymously. Hope you will be feeling better soon!
