Mars and Pluto in both Scorpio
Mars and Pluto in both 1st house

Conjunct by 1*

How would you feel or what do you think of a person with such placements and this aspect ?

Do they like control of themselves? Most likely. Will they attract weirdness and intensity? Probably. An intense character with lots of drive depending on how it is aspected of course. There's all kinds of possibilities but other factors in the chart would need to play them out.

You might find yourself in the midst of a psychiatrist, corrections officer or a cop. Could be a surgeon one day, never know. They fully put themselves into everything they do.

Control yes.. though before they reach self control, they would probably set out to dominate first.

Attracting weirdness? Definately.. perhaps due to the urge for challenge as in not afraid for danger or living on the edge.

what else...

I know the Mars/Pluto combination of aspect creates independence and fearlessness. The conjunction would not create restlessness in Scorpio, being fixed water. This person will be able to follow a task through and really be able to put a formidable effort without getting bored and abandoning.

Probably has the intense sex drive thingy without going into graphic detail. You know all about that, I hope.

Deep emotions but control, may hold grudges and brood about stuff.

This is definately a great aspect for the Military... I always knew that.

Actually I wanted to open a topic on military aspects or what would make a good soldier.

Yes, fixed.. good for single minded projects, even moreso if the particular project/profession/career is out of the ordinary.. like inclined with secrecy.

And concerning sex, lets not go there.

Military? Definitely! Should really help with that. I would think this aspect would help wherever courage and grit are required.

the 1st house would more likely be a go getter and not really like behind closed door typa guy...

or more like in the 1h open field operations instead of 8h or 4h building hiding.

SSS do you have mars pluto aspect ?

are there other people here who has mars conj or square pluto ?

I find this a most interesting aspect.. even though in general the description are negative or bad.. yes it can get diabolic.

it can get to a very low content or a very high one, an all out aspect for sure. I know someone with the square and he is the greatest man I know.

Im very interested in the contents of the 1st house, especially if the sun mars and pluto is there.

Yup, in square and I am not worried about venturing where no one has gone before lol. Kinda exciting to live life on the edge but something like the military would drive me crazy. I prefer adventuring since Mars is in Sag in a free spirited way across the interstate in a car.

Afflicted Mars/Pluto in first house, you might find crazed killers, mind controllers working for the CIA, enslavers, that sort of person with Mars/Pluto conjunct and close to the ascendant. Focus would be on the person with sun/Mars/Pluto if all of those are in house 1. They would exude Mars/Pluto energy and others would focus on them due to it so I can see some extreme situations on the horizon.
Conjunctions sometimes aren't considered the best aspects, maybe because it would be too much of a disruption in life and would not progress as well, also too easily triggered by transits. The positive aspects between Mars and Pluto can also be considered for soldiering.

Mine is in the 3rd house, friend~ ^^

I did the military thing, but the urge to not so much rebel against the archaic systems as question every last detail, was not much appreciated there. (combination of Venus-Uranus at semisquare to the Mars-Pluto).

Mars rules your DSC? (Libra rising, right?) I think I remember that right~ Mars functioning within the first house cnj Pluto but not as the chart ruler would change quite a bit, and you have to look at Venus since it is chart ruler for you. Venus colours the 1st house, but having Mars in domicile by natural house and a natal domicile Pluto within the 1st, sure.. that could mark something of your personality or appearance. But, since Scorpio would then (I presume) rule your 2nd house, the conjunction actually dominates in areas of that house, as ruler (coruler combo). This is what you value... And as Mars would then govern the DSC, its placement and conjunction would also explain your attractions and relations to others (the temperament you seek or draw in from those around you, would be strongly influenced by Mars contact, and their Martian influence besides that.)

Mars-Pluto domicile (or combo domicile, if you use coruler), would be extremely drawn to subjects of the 8th house. (without taking into account houses, because simply having it in the 1st and having it rule the 1st are different matters almost entirely.) If they contact your Sun or Venus it would make it more of you (like, you, inside... who you are truly).... but having it in the 1st, tends to make it something more aesthetic, an observable energy or appearance that can be seen by the outside world.

IME - Chart ruler contacts are more important for lengthy interactions with someone, whereas 1st house planets only appeal to those initial encounters, or attractions, casual acquaintances...

Saturninemoth,
Libra is rising in my chart but I only have the square between Mars and Pluto and they are both in cadent houses/mutable signs. Not exactly the best locations.

Mars and Pluto too ?? rule my descendant so the square would affect it. Still don't know if Pluto has an influence on Aries but from what I have seen of Aries celebrities, it appears to.

Mars conjunct pluto in scorpio in the 10th.

Was also highly interested in this unique aspect and did a lot of reading on it.

Though i have yet to meet a person with the conjunction in the 1st house.

Am also about to serve in the militairy in 9 months but i have yet to get a specific role.

I was responding to Plutonic~ we have nigh similar charts... (Capricorns... our only difference is his rising, Venus/Moon - angle/node).

everything else is the same between us... ^^;

He's Libra rising, Cancer Moon~ (again, my memory isn't sharp these last few days, Chiron is still on my DSC).

sorry for the confusion. >.<; ^^

I have Mars in Sagittarius square Pluto in Virgo and what I love most about this aspect is it gives me a willingness to explore new locations without fear. I am not intimidated. I feel like a born adventurer/explorer type.

Bad thing about this aspect is it attracts neighbors that tend to be a bit unbalanced, since it's in my natal third house and squares the Pluto in twelve. Gotta watch out for that!
