I've never dated a solar Taurus but all of my wingmen, companions, people I get along with, and people I just plain love are Taurean, whether it's Taurus rising, Moon, or Mercury, and of course sun in Taurus.I read somewhere that Taurus is the best match for Capricorn. My ex and my bf have Venus in Taurus. Could it be my second house moon? IP: Logged |

Probably, it is your moon, Goatcat. You love the calm energy of Taurus. They are attractive to you and you feel comforted by their presence. They are a great match for your sun, ascendant and Venus signs. Planets in Taurus will form nice aspects.IP: Logged |

Agree with Starlight. It balances out your Scorpio Moon and supports many other planets in your chart.

Maybe they curb your more dramatic flair? Okay, truthfully though, who doesn't like the Taurian energy? Calm , soothing, placid and suprisingly passionate. With placements Venus, Saturn and Pluto in Scorpio, I seem to attract them a lot: They are wonderful to have around. My sister is a Taurian with Leo Asc, North node/Venus Aries, Saturn and Uranus in Sagittarius ; so she is a lot more fiery than the average Taurian. So I wouldn't use "placid" to describe her. But in any case, having placements in Taurus seems splendid. So chilled out. I have Scorpio and Sagittarius to contend with and so,between the erratic Sagittarian and the intense Scorpion, there is not always enough time to smell the flowers and get "in tune" with mother earth. I don't know where you got this from. Can you clarify? IP: Logged |

I know what you mean by being mystified when the moon is in say, Scorpio, but located in Taurus' natural house the 2nd. What does that mean, exactly? My chart is full of that! It is so confounding. The only thing I can figure is that both parts of the axis are emphasized, Taurus and Scorpio, not just Taurus. I have moon in Taurus in the eighth house that traditionally belongs to Scorpio so I dunno. Is it a Taurus or is it a Scorpio or is it just both? Same can be said about the nodes. North Node is in Pisces 6th house, South Node in Virgo 12th house so it's totally confusing for me to figure out what it means. I just take it to mean both Virgo/Pisces emphasized at the same time. Maybe Libra is a very karmic ascendant to have? IP: Logged |

Is your ascendant Libra? And all of my planets are placed in the houses of their opposites! IP: Logged |

Yes, Libra. It's similar to Virgo rising in terms of house cusps, sometimes. I was just thinking about something that's kind of interesting. I read before you mentioned you get in a bad mood around family, sometimes. I tend to get in bad moods at times, too. Wonder if it has something to do with all those signs being on the opposite houses they rule? Maybe this particular pattern means we are extra moody? IP: Logged |
