From personal experience Capricorns with Moon in Cancer seem stern if not harsh and ambitious women, but if you are one of their beloved-esp. her child-she reveals a very soft caring part esp. if you are in danger.

I know two Capricorn women with on in Cancer. One of them my best Internet Friend and the other is my mother.

They both give up a mature Capricorny vibe if you just met them but once you see how they view loved ones (or better yet if you are on of their beloved), you see a caring tender-hearted figure.
