How would it work especially if my Ascendant ruler fell into my boyfriend's 7th house (he also has Saturn conjunct DSC)

and his Ascendant ruler (Venus) fell into my 5th housE (natally I have Venus in 5th and Venus as my Descendant house ruler)

So.. would the planet be more active than a usual synastry overlay?
