mars (cancer) opposite neptune (capricorn).

Does it mean when I take action from mars instinct, the outcome is the opposite effect of what i dreamed of/planned?

No I don't think so.
The action is just "less" direct/obvious often built on a refined psychological foundation. Not an action you would expect in our rat race society. Hence it can take some time for that planned visible/material outcome.

This at least is the experience I have with my Mars/Nept. opp. friend.
