I was researching my Pisces friend and my midpoint synastry. I understand conjunctions/oppositions are important. I realized we have many squares. I am thinking under 2 - 1.5 degrees would be the best. I was finding 3 degrees for some of the serious love midpoints! Oh well. Close, but not close enough.Him sun/moon mp conjunct (me) moon 3* sun/venus mp conjunct eros 1* venus/mars mp square moon 1* moon/NN mp square moon 1* saturn/NN mp conjunct chiron 1* moon/venus mp conjunct moon 1* moon/venus mp square chiron 1* mercury/venus mp square mars, jupiter, and neptune venus/jupiter mp conjunct mercury 1* Me venus/mars mp square (his) sun 3 degrees saturn/NN mp conjunct chiron 0* moon/NN mp square moon 2* moon/venus mp oppos ASC moon/venus mp square Pluto 1* venus/mars mp square NN 2* venus/jupiter mp square NN 2* venus/neptune mp square NN 2* moon/mars mp square Venus 3 degrees Please tell me about Chiron concerning Midpoints. What does it mean? His Midpoints hit my moon quite a bit. My Midpoints hit his NN several times. Can you explain those to me? IP: Logged |

Chiron is always about pain/healing. You should try to understand the meaning of a midpoint first, and then add Chiron to the mix and see how it can play out. For example, Moon/Venus mp can be about the meeting of needs and desires. Your Chiron aspecting that point can mean that you'll trigger painful feelings related to love/nurturing and/or that you'll be able to heal those parts of your partner (like showing him affection, showing you care - so they'll feel secure/loved, etc).I don't usually use midpoints of every planet/angle because it's just too much. The most important ones are obviously Sun/Moon and those related to the Moon, Venus, Mars (for personal relationships). The North Node is about our growth. If his NN is aspected by your midpoints, it can mean that the things he needs to learn in this life are tied to the areas of your life represented by the planets in the midpoint. So your Venus/Neptune mp - which can be about unconditional love, romance, etc - will impact his life path in a significant way. It can be good or bad, but whatever happens, it will most likely affect his "destiny" in some way.

Sadly i think 3 degrees are too wide orbit even for major Sun/Moon mp. But yeah, hard aspects to midpoint(at least sun/moon) are important IP: Logged |

^ Yes, I wanted to point that out, too. I use 1° orb, actually. So if your Sun/Moon mp is at 5° Leo - I only look at planets at 4°, 5° and 6° of fixed signs.IP: Logged |

Exactly. 'The one', one before and one after IP: Logged |

Thanks. I knew 3 degrees was a little stretch. That is okay though. IP: Logged |
