I have Cancer Moon, for instance, and that colours my eyes. It also adds a touch of "roundness" on my face.

I allso have Sagittarius Sun- which gives me a broad forehead and broad teeth.

Asc in Aries is reponsible for my thinning hair, square jaw(but then again, that is also genetics) and oily face.

Some signs simply have a distinct impact on one's appearance;

Capricorn makes the face bony most times; think Giselle Bundchen-who has Capricorn Ascendant and Marilyn Manson-who has the Sun there.

Taurus gives full lips, distended nostrils and "droopy" eyes(like those of the Disney's "Droopy" the dog) and a generally sensuous-looking face; think Katherine Hepburn-who has the Sun there and Snoop Dogg- who has the Ascendant there.

Leo has a thing with hair(it is usualy thick and coarse) but I haven't noticed much with physical features.People say there is a "feline" appearance, but i don't know what that means; think George Michael(Moon there), Julia Roberts(Moon there) and Beyonce Knowles(Ascendant there).

Cancer lends a round face-sometimes feminine "pretty" overall features; think Sofia Vergara-who has the Sun there and Colin Farell-who has the Moon there.

Virgo emphasizes the nose a great deal or makes everything "even" etc; Uma Thurman(Asc there) and Keanu Reeves(whom to me has the perfect face)has the Sun there.

If you look at people who share the same signs in the Sun/ Moon/ Asc positions, you'll find that there is a "likeness".

So, for instance, my guess would be that a Gemini Sun, Moon in Capricorn and Virgo Rising will look very similar to a Capricorn Sun, Moon in Virgo with Gemini Ascending.

For instance I know people with exalted asc rulers.
Like my cousin is a cancer asc and his moon in the 10th house in taurus.

Moon trines, neptune, uranus, and opp pluto.

He has a very graceful and glamourous appearance, there is still some plutonic intensity

He has good genetics he never gains weight, his hair and nails grow very quickly.

His ascendant not aspected so you would imagine his appearance would be very cancerian well its influenced other planets and signs.
