Eg. You carry a baby..it doesn't like it...so starts crying.. then someone else who is not the mother or a close contact of the baby pitches in.. holds the baby...and it is instantly comforted and its happy and giggling in moments..

Would this be because of that person's synastry/composite with the child which makes it feel nurtured, or is it because that particular person just has it in him...and all babies would feel comfy around him.. irrespective of synastry?

Now, no matter what the compatibility between mother and child, for every baby, it is mostly the mother who it turns to for nurturing and protection.....
This is also true for the father and all other family members or others who are in constant contact with the child...but ofcourse its the mother who comes First, in most cases.
Sure, every baby is different and some are more outgoing than the others and can be comfortable with external people as well..ofcourse this also changes with age....But usually, a baby is more comfortable around the people its used too, especially for longer periods of time...
So, obviously astrology does not hold good in this case...

But what about OTHER people? why would it cry in the company of A , while it laughs in the company of B, the very next moment?
Is this because of synastry/composite connections between baby and B?
Or, because of some beautiful individual quality of B that attracts babies?

NOTE : By synastry/composite aspects I mean moon/venus, moon/node or venus/node and other such aspects between the baby and the person which the baby might be able to sense and hence makes it feel like its with mommy..

Ofcourse, being adults we would be affectionate and playful towards any baby in the vicinity no matter what the synastry...which clearly shows that we are IMMUNE to our synastries with babies !

There was a 2 year old at a behavior analysis program we were doing for autistic children, and i had a love stellium comjunct pluto with him and from the first day he came in he was crying and he would only stop crying when I came and comforted him. He'd also fall asleep more easily with me, and there was definitely a lot of affection between us. He would run away from other counselors, but he'd stand quietly next to me and didn't run away from me.

There was also a 3 year old little girl who would always play around with me and call my name over and over. And when were doing our activities together she would never throw a tantrum with me, and would mostly listen to what I said to do and comply. We had a love stellium, no pluto.

Also, with my cousin's baby, he is about 8 months old, there could be 5 people around me but he always stays making eye contact with me and doesnt break it. And there is also a lot of affection. He holds onto my hand and plays with my fingers whereas he doesbnt do that with anyone else. My family thinks it's that im good with children, but i wish i could explain that it's just because we have a love stellium

So, both of you are saying that babies can sense the synastry/composite with other people and respond accordingly...

Okay, but does this also imply that they would not respond positively to a person who naturally emits a calm, soothing, loving vibe/aura....because the synastry/composite of the baby with that person is not good??

I like your theory about kids acting out purely on their moon sings but I have to disagree with you.
My youngest sister has an Aries Moon at 0° degree.
When she was a child, she was very obedient,quiet, shy and so easy to please, she rarely cried and she used to sleep most of the time. So this proves that she was acting actually out her Pisces Sun Sign rather than her Aries Moon.

True...but it also depends on its age...the same baby which was outgoing and sociable with almost anybody might become shy after a few months and cling to its mother...or, vice versa.

I recently went with my family to see my cousin's 8 month old baby for the first time.. The baby is a Leo Sun, Moon and Mercury. My younger sister is a Leo Sun, Venus, Mercury with some of their planets conjunct, and yeah there was definitely a strong connection between them. The baby was drawn to her the whole time and there was lots of smiling/laughing. I might as well not have been in the room lol. And guess what they bonded over the most?? Playing with my sister's flashy bracelets and her hair Like really making a big deal about the hair lol

When I was young I used to break out crying whenever two particular people held me. These two people both had their Sun square mine (in orb) along with several other negative aspects. I checked the synastries for both.
They both tried to be nice.. One of them always tried to play with me - but I used to give him a blank stare or cry and run off.
