What would this actually mean for me because I know the eclipses provoke life changing experiences
The two following this affect me as well, second affects my moon and third affects my sun and I've got Saturn conjuncting my ASC too around this week

I can only report from the year I had an eclipse on my Sun - it was the day after my birthday so the eclipse was "frozen" in my solar return chart in 6th house.

That year I founded a new company with some other people, so lots of new challenges work wise. Very busy year, but in a good way. I also bought a flat (moon rules my 4th) which was a big thing for me, life dream come true.

With the eclipse being conjunct your AC I reckon the new beginnings will affect either your appearance or your general approach to new projects or life.

Just to pick a random example...if someone who's been having weight problems manages to lose weight during that time, it would certainly boost their confidence and might make them try things they never dared to before.
